Concert Health provides a turnkey solution to integrate behavioral health into health care settings. Concert employs an expert clinical team (masters-level collaborative care managers and psychiatric consultants) who provide behavioral health treatment to patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD and other conditions.

Collaborative Care services work in conjunction with a powerful technology platform to track and manage clinical outcomes, provider training, end-to-end implementation support, revenue cycle and financial reporting support as well as process and clinical metric dashboards.

Concert Health offers same-day access to evidence-based care across a population of patients with depression and anxiety, and documents directly in the practice’s electronic health record.
