Description

Product Description:

Reimagine the rounding experience with a virtual rounding queue. Q-rounds is a virtual queue that sends real-time notifications to patients, families, nurses, and other stakeholders of when to arrive for rounds and gives families the opportunity to join virtually if they can’t be there in person. This lets the care team plan their day more efficiently with personalized notifications and schedule visibility via the EHR, while empowering patients and their families with Time Transparency™, so everyone can plan their day around rounds.

About Q-rounds:

Product Description:

AI to review all patient data, ensure diagnoses are not missed, and automating note-writing.

Regard uses proprietary algorithms to automatically diagnose and document conditions on behalf of inpatient providers. These automatically-generated notes save providers time, reduce coding queries, and have a dramatic impact to hospital finances.

About Regard:

Regard is an AI-powered clinical co-pilot that automatically diagnoses patients and writes notes for physicians. On average clinicians save 2-3 hours per day and each provider generates an additional $100,000 in revenue every year. Hospitals see a $3-6M revenue improvement from just their first department on Regard. Best of all, physicians love the software and it improves patient care.

Use Cases

Description:

Rounds are a required part of each day a patient is in the hospital. Q-rounds notifies the nurse and family members when to be present for rounds so the doctor does not need to look up nurses and call them or follow up with family members after rounds are over. Making for a more effecient experience for everyone.

Pediatric use cases:

In pediatrics, parents need to provide concent for care plans but are often not able to join rounds because they don't know when they happen. Q-rounds tells them when rounds will be and allows them to join virtually if they can't be in the hospital in person. This is especially valuable in NICU settings where longer stays are common.

Users:

Providers, Nurses, Family members (peds), Patients (adults), care coordinators, pharmacists, discharge coordinators.

Differentiators

Differentiators vs EHR Functionality:

Q-rounds integreates with nurse communication devices, EHR patient lists, connects to interpreter services and can initiate a conference call for families to join. Sending real-time updates of the doctors progress through the rounding schedule to the EHR for broader care team visibility (care and discharge cordinators, specialists and pharmacy, etc.)

Differentiators vs Competitors:

No other tool on the market today provides this same service - a virtual rounding queue that notifies everyone who needs to be present for rounds when to expect the doctor and allows family to RSVP and join virtually if they can't be present at the hospital.

Differentiators vs EHR Functionality:

Regard diagnoses automatically. The EHR supports overall health system goals and is the operating system for all functions, but Regard expands your care team using AI. Regard diagnoses, recommends treatments, and automates documentation to ensure patient safety, improve clinician quality of life, and supercharge CDI & rev cycle.

Differentiators vs Competitors:

Regard drafts the note just like an AI resident before the clinician even sees the patient. By doing this upstream, we can reduce the burden on the clinician and supercharge downstream tools like clinical alerts, CAPD, and CDI.

Regard takes a holistic view of the patient to improve safety, reduce medical errors, suggest improvements to care, and ensure that the documentation is complete & accurate.
