      We have used the ViTel Net platform to support our telestroke and remote EEG interpretation programs for over 7 years. Our partnership with ViTel Net has been most transformative with our telestroke program. With their platform, we are able to document telestroke encounters in one place, and through their integration capabilities, our time-sensitive documentation is instantaneously imported into the patient's chart in both our own EHR as well as our partner site's EHR. This works consistently and seamlessly thanks to ViTel Net's attention to detail, persistence in problem solving, and their client and patient-focused attitude.

      Our experience with ViTel Net extends beyond a simple procurement relationship and is a true partnership. Elements of our use of their platform have been customzied from the ground up via collaboration with their technical, clinical, and leadership staff. So much fine-tuning of their platform has been done over the years to make their products better meet our needs. They are constantly finding ways to improve their products and service.
