PreMedicus® LLC is an Atlanta digital medicine startup founded by Pulmonary and Critical Care physician Dr. Tony Kimani. While in China with his Georgia Institute of Technology MBA class, he saw patients waiting long hours for ER care with advanced smartphones in hand. He was inspired to design and commercialize patient-friendly mobile apps for critical healthcare needs. We are pioneers in the emerging field of digital precision population health, which takes inputs from clinical medicine, public health, social determinants of health, wearables, natural language processing and AI to generate highly individualized disease prediction, prevention and early diagnosis. navigatER guides patients and their families through their entire emergency department journey, providing real time updates and information on their clinical progress. Patients are given greater visibility into and control over their care, from being informed of their place in line and expected wait time to biographies of the providers that will be treating them and what care they should expect. When diagnostic studies are ordered, both the patient and those given access are notified, detailing the process and how long it will likely take.

cliexa® is a Colorado-based company that is reinventing the way chronic medical conditions are managed. The platform connects patients, physicians, and payors to better manage the most serious and expensive medical conditions in the United States. We enable patients and physicians to track chronic disease activity remotely and leverage proprietary technology that makes intelligent correlations between medication dosage, frequency, and heightened or reduced symptoms. For physicians, discrete clinical data and patient-reported outcomes (PROS) enable them to improve clinical decision making, while reducing liability and billing concerns with payors. These algorithms also help providers respond more efficiently to new data, so their patients will have fewer complications or side effects. Payors will be provided with longitudinal data to better understand the necessary treatment decisions and patient status.
