Product Description:
The CareLoop platform is a web and mobile application, compatible with both IOS and Android. CareLoop uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) where information is securely stored in a virtual private cloud. CareLoop uses only HIPAA compliant AWS services. CareLoop leverages modern interoperability standards including SMART on FHIR and webhooks to be able to query a LTC or health system’s EHR for clinical data, customized in alignment with the organization’s needs. Relevant data models include patient demographics, care-team, location/organization, laboratory data, problems, medications, care plan/goal, appointments, and scheduling. CareLoop is integrated into Redox, a healthcare data exchange service, used by 750+ health systems, and part of the HL7 FHIR Argonaut Project. The Redox network aggregates integrations for fast, secure and consistent connections between a variety of digital health solutions and health care providers. Redox leverages a standardized JSON & FHIR data models to read, write and query healthcare data with any partner, supporting bidirectional communication. Where FHIR resources may be limited, through Redox, CareLoop has access to a number of HL7 data models and web services.
