The Neuroglee Connect solution is a patented, home-based technology program delivered in concert with a virtual physician-led interdisciplinary cognitive care team that improves patient and care partner outcomes across several domains including cognitive self-efficacy, depression, anxiety, stress, care partner burden and medical care plan compliance.
