DESCRIPTION

Aiva Patient Assistant is a voice assistant for patients, giving them hands-free control over their experience while reducing busywork for nurses.

Aiva leverages Alexa devices in patient rooms. We integrate with more than 25 inpatient systems, including building management (like Siemens, Desigo and Trane), patient experience (like GetWell, Sonifi, pCare and Vibe), communications (like Voalte and Vocera), EHR (Epic, Cerner) and nurse call (Rauland).  

Patients enjoy instant results and a more self-directed experience, improving satisfaction.

Nurses spend less time on low-value requests and more on direct patient care, allowing them to practice at the top of their license. For example, at a rehab hospital in Philadelphia, patients average more than 12 requests per day using Aiva, saving nurses more than 7500 hours per year.

This technology is excellent, and it really helps the patient

We partner with Aiva Health and Hatchmed and we’re bringing Alexa to the bedside. You’re able to use the pillowspeaker hands-free. It integrates with the pillowspeaker and the dome light.
