Glooko® Web App for Professionals is a comprehensive, in-clinic and remote patient management platform that allows health care providers to view and analyze diabetes data from one location. With Glooko’s free mobile app, people living with diabetes can easily sync and view their diabetes health data, track medication, log food and exercise, and connect remotely to your clinic.

Glooko offers customizable Care Programs, a structured journey, either assigned by the provider or the patient, that allows the patient to progress through a series of objectives or goals that track and/or educate them on a predesignated topic.
