PersonaPay™ offers patients an easy way to set up and manage self-serve payments, payment plans, financing options and financial assistance all based on each patient’s individual need. Patients can also set up personalized notifications and preferences for electronic statements, stored card or banking information, auto-pay and digital communication preferences via email or text. All of this is designed to promote self-service payments, reduce the number of customer service inquiries and help patients to fulfill their financial obligations.

RevSpring's True Estimate solution determines the patient’s financial liability by using the hospital’s chargemaster (CDM) and the contracted payer rates. It combines the chargemaster amount, the contracted payer rate, and the patient’s insurance benefit details to calculate the patient’s financial responsibility after insurance. It also implements logic to apply prompt-pay and self-pay discounts when arranging for payment.

RevSpring eliminates the friction that exists when healthcare organizations separate the billing and payment experience for multiple procedures tied to one encounter, fail to consolidate hospital and physician charges, and complicate the billing and payment experience because they have multiple EMRs.
