Description

Product Description:

A high-performing workforce starts with mental health. Lyra is your partner in delivering evidence-based mental health care that transforms lives and drives business results.

About Lyra Health:

Worldwide, 970 million people are living with mental health issues. The biggest hurdle isn’t treatment—it’s access. Lyra’s co-founder and CEO, David Ebersman, left his job as Meta’s chief financial officer in 2014 to tackle the problem by making it easier to find and get treatment and using technology to make it smarter, more personalized, and more effective.

Since then, more than 300 leading companies have partnered to offer Lyra’s mental health benefits to their employees, including Meta, Pinterest, and Starbucks, giving more than 13 million people access to life-changing care.

Product Description:

Individuals connect with adult, child and adolescent psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners and therapists from the comfort of their own home through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. With flexible scheduling and convenient online appointments, patients can easily access behavioral health experts who most closely fit their needs. Array also has a team of Care Navigators who can assist patients in finding and connecting with the appropriate clinician.

Our clinicians offer psychiatric assessments, talk therapy sessions, medication management appointments and EAP sessions for a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, attention deficit disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and more.

Initial appointments for psychiatry and therapy, depending on market, are generally held within 10 days of a patient getting started with Array. Care and clinical quality are managed by our medical and clinical leadership team. This valuable oversight includes in-depth chart review, clinical consultation and supervision, management and collaboration on high-acuity cases.

Array AtHome offers a full-scale electronic health record and patient platform for appointment scheduling, prescribing, and documentation of patient visits and provides data on member utilization, appointment availability, clinical quality and outcomes, and patient satisfaction via NPS.

About Array Behavioral Care:

Who we are

Array Behavioral Care is a virtual psychiatry and therapy practice that was founded by clinicians more than 23 years ago. We employ and closely manage a large team of licensed psychiatrists, therapists, and behavioral health specialists who use evidence-based assessment tools and treatment protocols to provide high-quality, standardized care. Our clinicians are supported by administrative and technical teams and overseen by engaged, experienced clinical leaders ensuring they deliver care that is effective, safe, and clinically appropriate.

What we’re not

We are not a technology platform, a network of 1099 contracted providers, or an Uber-like model where clinicians work gigs. We are not a staffing company or a locums tenens group, and our utility extends beyond simple clinician capacity. The impact of our programs is tangible, and we can predict with confidence what metrics will be improved.

How we got here

Array was born out of a bricks-and-mortar behavioral health practice in southern New Jersey that still exists today. In 1999, Founder and current Executive Chief Medical Officer, Dr. James R. Varrell, provided the nation’s first commitment via telepsychiatry. After that first encounter, we started using telehealth to deliver psychiatry coverage to local hospitals. Our telepsychiatry service offerings quickly grew into new care settings and new states. While we now have a national scope, we’re still a closely managed practice and the only one delivering virtual behavioral health services across the entire continuum of care.

Differentiators

Differentiators vs Competitors:

With Lyra 88% of members improve or recover. Lyra uses validated clinical measures, such as the PHQ-9 and the GAD-7, to assess symptom improvement for anxiety, depression, and other common mental health issues. Reliable clinical change is a 6-point difference on the PHQ-9 and a 4-point change on the GAD-7.

At Lyra, we use “reliable clinical improvement” to measure change, which means that an individual in treatment has improved enough on a measure of clinical symptoms that we don’t believe the change can be accounted for by normal variation in scores or measurement error.
