Description

Product Description:

FLO, Medecipher’s flagship platform, is a cloud-based solution that supports nurse staffing decisions and incorporates each hospital’s unique constraints: position control, budget, nursing preference, and ease-of-use. Flo is proven to reduce staff churn, improve operations, maintain safer staffing levels, and improve staff and provider satisfaction.

About Medecipher:

Medecipher developed FLO, a predictive staffing decision support platform for nurse managers. It utilizes AI (Artificial Intelligence) and operations research to intelligently sequence shifts that meet the individual needs of patients and nurses while complying with organizational rules.

In an environment of increased patient acuity, longer lengths of stay, and decreased clinical staff availability, many healthcare organizations are severely challenged to identify the nursing workload required for each patient and patient care unit. So, allocating and assigning optimal nursing resources also becomes increasingly difficult. At Medecipher, we are applying technology in new and innovative ways to assist nurse leaders with the decision support needed to take command of their nursing resources and design, evaluate, and implement customized and flexible staffing models that can adapt to their ever-changing department's workload needs, and deploy nursing resources optimally and safely.

Product Description:
Clairvia leverages intelligence to analyze data from multiple streams (Electronic Health Record, Admit Discharge Transfer, Human Resources, and others), to objectively forecast demand for staff based on individual patient condition and assign the most competent caregiver.
