What do you like best about Steer Health?

The communication and effort of the Steer Health team have consistently exceeded our expectations. They have been incredibly professional in their efforts to integrate with our other vendors, even when facing resistance from our EMR during the integration process. They have helped us troubleshoot and identify solutions that best serve us, the individuals we care for, and our bottom line.

What do you dislike about Steer Health?

As with any add-on service, it would be ideal to have something that meets all of our needs--a one-stop-shop (EMR, billing/coding, DFD, marketing, etc.). However, Steer helped us connect with an EMR with whom they already have an established business relationship, and this transition is enabling us to streamline the integration.

What problems is Steer Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently, Steer Health has only done our website re-design. We plan to integrate the DFD once we transition to our new EMR. We are looking forward to that integration.
