We modernize the patient experience to meet consumer expectations set by online shopping and mobile banking by turning healthcare websites, patient portals, and cloud infrastructure into revenue-generating investments. Amenities' platform allows patients to: (1) quickly find a doctor or location based on the next available appointment, and book it with minimal clicks (2) register as a new patient in the patient portal in <30 seconds and increase completion of eCheck-in and other previsit tasks (3) find key services like same-day care options and add/manage family members (4) upgrade their experience with subscription memberships Our fully white-labeled platform includes both embedded web tools and a configurable mobile app that integrates seamlessly with EMRs like Epic, Cerner, and Athena and other enterprise systems like SalesForce, Azure, etc.

  1. The Amenities team is the only DFD team who (a) came from a health system and (b) has demonstrated success building, deploying and proving ROI with their product (see MyBSWHealth app).
  2. Based on that experience, we can tell you that any good DFD strategy must have an accompanying web platform (50% of the authenticated users on MyBSWHealth persistently preferred web over mobile), and most competitors offer exclusively a mobile solution.
  3. Similarly, no other Digital Front Door platform is as laser-focused on revenue-generating functions as Amenities. Our definition of the DFD is a platform that helps health systems acquire new patients, activate and retain them, and (eventually) upgrade them to members-for-life. Many competitors focus on low-value services like wayfinding, or ambitious transformations like care pathways, population health, or cost reduction where dependencies go far beyond their product and therefore offer little proven ROI.
  4. Finally, for Epic clients, Amenities is the only third-party platform that is fully continuous to MyChart. When patients log in to the Amenities-built white-labeled application, they use their same MyChart username and password and never have to submit it again. Most other applications are, at best, container apps for MyChart.
