For Epic customers, MyChart is THE standard. But how differentiated can your brand be with a completely standard patient experience? Amenities' platform augments and enhances Epic without losing its benefits. Our patient loyalty platform leverages core MyChart features, but fills in key gaps:

  1. the ability to search your providers, based on the next available appointment
  2. the ability to register a new patient in <30 sec
  3. the ability to add family members who aren't current patients
  4. the ability to quickly (i.e., 2 weeks) integrate new third-party solutions
  5. the ability to develop and launch unique membership offerings
Differentiators vs Competitors:
  1. The Amenities team is the only DFD team who (a) came from a health system and (b) has demonstrated success building, deploying and proving ROI with their product (see MyBSWHealth app).
  2. Based on that experience, we can tell you that any good DFD strategy must have an accompanying web platform (50% of the authenticated users on MyBSWHealth persistently preferred web over mobile), and most competitors offer exclusively a mobile solution.
  3. Similarly, no other Digital Front Door platform is as laser-focused on revenue-generating functions as Amenities. Our definition of the DFD is a platform that helps health systems acquire new patients, activate and retain them, and (eventually) upgrade them to members-for-life. Speed time to market by automating what are now mostly manual tasks for individuals spanning cros-functional teams; futureproof the organization's offerings for interoperability/security, etc via a platform that embraces a radidly evolving landscape; breadth and depth of features and functionality (Orbita is helping define and create new technologies and approaches in this sector.
