The pinnacle for driving engagement, access, and providing a digital front door.

Luma has completely transformed and positively impacted our operations, revenue, and quality of care. We went from having multiple point solutions to unifying under Luma's umbrella and couldn't be more satisfied. So far we've rolled out reminders, self-scheduling, waitlist, care gap outreach, broadcast, and feedback and already have noticed a considerable decrease in no show rate and time to next third available appt and ample increases in billable visits and patient satisfaction. The platform was a breeze to implement and surprisingly, the FHIR API bi-directional, systems integration with our not so nimble EMR was complete and in production in under two weeks! Our registration staff are using Luma to streamline communication and intake workflows and the Luma Insights Center provides robust, customized analytics that is easily sharable and viewable with stakeholders. We're eagerly looking forward to the continued positive impact of additional Luma services we have in the pipeline, such as digital call deflection and payment collection. Hats off to the Luma team!
