Description

Product Description:

INVU, Nuvo's FDA-approved remote patient monitoring platform, allows pregnant patients to conduct prenatal visits and fetal non-stress tests from the comfort of their own homes, without needing the assistance of a clinician to apply the device. Through a protocol driven prescription based service, patients and doctors may now enjoy greater connectivity and easier access to pregnancy monitoring. Patients and providers both experience immediate positive benefits, such as convenience, time saved, peace of mind and reduced costs of care.

INVU stands on the success of several pivotal trials, the results of which have been presented to the SMFM and published in the Gray Journal. We are laying the groundwork for collecting the largest high-resolution pregnancy data set in history, which we plan to use to develop advanced AI features. These will include predictive and prescriptive analytics, tools which can help predict high-risk complications such as preterm birth, as well as assist clinicians in building customized care plans based on patients’ needs.

About Nuvo:

Nuvo is an emerging leader in maternal-fetal connected health, passionate about creating technology that radically transforms the experience of pregnancy care for parents and healthcare providers. Our platform, INVU by Nuvo, is an innovative remote maternal-fetal monitoring solution that connects pregnant patients with a network of care, wherever they may be. INVU has been FDA approved for remote non-stress testing without the need for a clinician present to apply the device, and has recently been published in AJOG's prestigious Gray Journal .

Product Description:

Our evidence-based care programs are built with clinicians to anticipate patient needs and proactively offer additional support during key points in care journeys where things could go off track — such as right before or after surgery, after the birth of a child, or being newly diagnosed with a chronic condition. We offer this support to patients through conversational, two-way texting that feels as simple as chatting with friends and family, but is backed by AI and natural language processing to intelligently answer common questions and triage concerns to the care team directly into the EHR or Memora’s own dashboard. Clinicians can see message history and jump seamlessly into the conversation with the patient or chat in-thread, provider-to-provider, to coordinate care — helping patients feel more satisfied with their care, and clinicians more valued in how they deliver it.

Differentiators

Differentiators vs EHR Functionality:

NA at this time.

Differentiators vs Competitors:

INVU stands head and shoulders above other remote pregnancy monitoring solutions for a number of reasons. We like to think of these through three distinct lenses as: Deep Data, Early Use, Accessed Anywhere.

Deep Data

  • INVU's proprietary sensor band and accompanying cloud algorithms allow us to gain unprecedented insight in to the womb. Our collection of maternal and fetal data is achieved through a dual-modality of both ECG (biopotential) and PCG (sound) signals, all collected passively. This is unique in the field of pregnancy monitoring, and allows us to collect more reliable and robust signals than the standard of care today. Most of our competitors, on the other hand, utilize either unreliable and outdated legacy technologies such as doppler and toco, or EHG to obtain data.

Early Use

  • INVU is FDA approved for antepartum use from gestational age 32 and onwards, with future FDA approvals intended to push this even earlier. By reaching patients in their third trimester, rather than when they reach the labor and delivery room, we enable greater insight into their health and trends. Our platform is designed to help doctors be proactive, rather than reactive.

Accessed Anywhere

  • With the patient bearing the brunt of the care burden, especially when undergoing high-risk management, INVU was designed to be accessed by anyone, anywhere. As long as there is reliable internet access and a smartphone handy, the patient can undergo their monitoring session in comfort and with peace of mind. This significantly breaks down barriers of access to care, especially for underprivileged and rural patients.

Differentiators vs EHR Functionality:

Existing options at health systems today likely do not impact patient experience and clinical care to the degree the organization desires. Memora Health offers a modernized solution that can take your under-performing systems and tools, and supercharge them to meet patients where they are.

Differentiators vs Competitors:

Memora Health offers an innovative way to support patients outside the clinic setting through its AI-powered platform that intelligently combines device-based and patient-reported data to comprehensively monitor patient performance. Beyond just device-based data collection, Memora’s communication platform includes care pathways that are deployed through an intelligent SMS-based communication engine, as well as virtual visit and phone call capabilities to fully support patients in a home-based setting.
