Maximize HRA compliance and uncover risk in your population through self-attestation via quick and efficient NCQA-certified digital HRAs. - Digital HRA: Utilize HealthMine’s NCQA certified HRA to engage members and, if applicable, offer incentives and rewards. - HRA Scoring Description: Members receive a risk summary for each health area and if all questions are presented an overall risk level: low, moderate, or high. Each health area has specific scoring criteria to provide risk assessment. - Population HRA Metrics: Monitor at the population level the rates of risk levels (high, medium, low) and completion rates by cohort (started, complete, incomplete). - Telephonic and Paper HRAs: If a member is unable or unwilling to complete digitally, HealthMine offers the additional modalities of telephonic and mailed HRAs within required timeframes.
