The patient completes a structured multiple-choice questionnaire prior to the consultation. 3. A concise summary of medical history and symptoms is ready for you before you see the patient.

BetterConsult has launched a solution that is a capturing a patients'​ presenting issues, medication, history and other relevant clinical information (HPI) pre-engagement with the treating doctor. It then translates the data into medical notes for the EHR, thus optimizing the doctors time to focus on diagnosis and treatment.
