Our tips are based on 5-6th grade reading level to accommodate a broader audience.

Everyone has a cell phone and all ages are fairly adept at using them. Our average age of the eye disease management program is 78.

We take a wholistic approach to care with SDOH parameters which determines the type of content and guidance provided. For example, link to Findhelp.org resources, free clinics, links only to items available at Walmart.

Most people have cell phones. Even with limited cellular data plans, our 30-sec tips and guidance utilize minimal data. Option is available for the user to choose not to click on videos and other links to preserve data usage.

Our content is built based on language (Spanish/English) and looks at cultural differences (for example, the type of recipes used) to adapt to the customer base.

SMS based so easy to use with one-click. Any assistance can be provided via a text message to chatbot asking for guidance on use of chatbot if necessary.
