Preconception counseling is the standard of care but less than 14% of patients are having these conversations with their providers. As a result, providers are often unaware of a patient’s family planning goals and potential risk factors leading to an over-reliance on high-cost treatment as the solution. Frame Fertility is a digital risk assessment and care navigation tool that aims to understand a patient’s family planning goals and identify risks prior to a clinical interaction in order to surface the relevancy of preconception counseling and streamline intervention. Doing so not only leads to a more satisfied and engaged patient but also reduced unnecessary procedures, earlier diagnosis of underlying conditions and improved birth outcomes. Frame’s approach was developed in partnership with clinicians and is supported by the National Preconception Health and Healthcare Initiative. We are currently seeking providers to partner with to expand access and the impact of our product by inserting Frame into the clinical workflow.
