Frame Fertility is a digital risk assessment and care navigation tool that aims to understand a patient’s family planning goals and identify risks prior to a clinical interaction in order to surface the relevancy of preconception counseling and streamline intervention. Doing so not only leads to a more satisfied and engaged patient but also reduced unnecessary procedures, earlier diagnosis of underlying conditions and improved birth outcomes. Frame’s approach was developed in partnership with clinicians and is supported by the National Preconception Health and Healthcare Initiative. We are currently seeking providers to partner with to expand access and the impact of our product by inserting Frame into the clinical workflow.
