Patient Guides are used by patients of the clinic. Clinical staff can manage intake, registration, symptom gathering, and more from a web browser or directly from within the EMR. 

Description:

In a pilot including primarily Black and Hispanic patients, the completion rate was 95% and satisfaction rate was 90%.

The application collected 44% more actionable data than did the clinic's doctors. This additional data changed diagnoses, treatments, and referrals. At the same time, intake and documentation time was reduced by 66%. The projected ROI was 30X for the clinic's physicians.

In a Stanford Pilot, 100% of users completed the application and 80% of users stated they expected the AI-powered application to improve the care their doctors delivered.
