This involves ensuring that our text content is readable and comprehensible for users of different ages and abilities. While the WCAG guidelines do not specify a requirement for a 4th-grade reading level, we are open to exploring ways we can improve readability, such as simplifying language or providing easy-to-understand explanations of complex terms. We also incorporate accessibility (A11y) compliance into our development and quality assurance processes, and we conduct audits annually to ensure our platform remains accessible. CirrusMD offers one simple user interface that provides on demand multimodal and multimedia functionality which allows both members and physicians to securely chat, switch to video, upload photos, documents, test results, images and exchange referral recommendations during encounters.
